Many clients store the digital files on their server for continuous backup and simply access them by patient name at their convenience. But because the portal is designed with you in mind, we can customize its usability to meet the specific needs of your office. And perhaps best of all, the only thing you have to do is pick up the phone. Here’s what we mean:
Simply provide us with a contact email address and we’ll help you determine the structure of the account. Deliveries can be made to a single address, to separate addresses for multiple offices, or to a main address with separate files for multiple offices.
Once your account is activated, you will receive an email with a link to the Web Portal and instructions on how to log-in. Request digital services from NorthStar, and within a few days you will receive an email stating a delivery has been made to your account. Use the link to access the Web Portal and your digital model.
Included with the first order will be the FREE OrthoViewer software and instructions for its use, as well as a signed HIPAA agreement from Egnyte, the company NorthStar has chosen for the Web Portal service. Once received, the digital file may be copied and stored as you wish. If you choose to purchase full versions of OrthoAnalyzer software, you may attach and view/manipulate the record directly from all PC-based Patient Management software systems.
