NorthStar wants you to feel you receive the best value available. We strive to keep our pricing in line with our costs, not necessarily with what our competition is doing.
Price increases are inevitable but NorthStar will not raise them without notifying you in advance. Price adjustments are typically done yearly and are usually no more than 3-5%.
Offices who send the majority of their work to NorthStar will often qualify for our discount pricing. After three months of services from NorthStar you may request a discount evaluation.
