When Doctor Clark of Scotland developed the Twin Block Appliance in the 1980's, he opened the door to easier Class II correction. Easier for the practitioner to handle and fit as well as easier for the patient to wear. On top of this, correction is acheived in less time with the Twin Block than with traditional methods.
