The "C" (Circumfrential) Clasp begins in the palatal acrylic, precisely crosses the occlusion, and follows the cervical line around the tooth, terminating deep into the interproximal area.
NorthStar's standard is constructed of .032 wire, but any size can be used. This clasp can be used on any tooth, but composite buttons are recommended for deciduous teeth or teeth with very little contour and undercut |
